Creativity

I think that creativity is so important. Every single person in the world has their own personal individual personality and there is nothing better than seeing all the different ways one thing can be expressed. We were all meant to be different and that is awesome to me! I look forward to all of my children having their own personalities and I also look forward to being able to have them share it with me.

Humor

Humor is very important to me. You have got to have a sense of humor to get through life. So many things happen through out each day that sometimes you have to be able to just laugh it off, not to mention if you don't make things fun and interesting no one will care or remember what you said.

Tough Love!

Tough love is another value I hold dearly. You have to be tough sometimes to get your point across but at the same time you have to let people/ the kids know that the reason you are being tough is because you care, not just to be mean or cruel!

Honesty!

I also believe honesty is important. Honesty is important because it is the foundation of trust. If you don't have trust you don't have much. It is very important that my kids know that they can trust me and I would like to think that i could trust them as well. I want them to know that it is ok to tell the truth and it is what is right.

Respect!

I believe that one of the most important things to remember is to always respect others. This is important to me because everyone, no matter who, wants respect. It is very important to respect others as you would yourself. The children in my class will know this is one of my values because one of my class rules will be to always respect others. Also to always respect the teacher. If your children don't respect you, you will lose control of your classroom.
